General Policy
Appointments are scheduled for your convenience, including early morning, lunch hour, and early evening hours. At this time, walk-in sessions are not offered. We may be able to schedule you on the day you call, but advise a minimum of 1-2 days in advance for an appointment at Creekside Massage.
As You Arrive
Plan to give yourself a few minutes before your session to complete paperwork, or relax for your massage. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off. You may choose from our music CDs, or are welcome to bring your own selections. Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and may have them in the room during treatment. However, children are not allowed into the room while their parent/sibling/guardian are receiving massage.
During the Massage
We value your time and wish to address your massage needs so that you leave the session in better shape than when you arrived! You may drift off to sleep if you wish, or chat if you need to, but please feel free to take advantage of the calm and serenity available to you to receive the full benefit of the therapy you select.
Special Circumstances
Pregnancy, chronic ailments, or a recent hospitilization require additional conversation and possible doctor's clearance. We will discuss this during your telephone interview in order to proceed with therapy in the safest and most comfortable manner possible.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their confirmed appointment will be considered a “no-show", and will be charged for this missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. In consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Caveat: Seriously inclement weather (as we have experienced here recently) necessitates placing your (and my) safety above travel. If either of us needs to rescedule your massage due to dangerous weather or road conditions, no fees are assessed!
